Section 3

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full functionality of the kx777 Platform, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one active account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing use:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. kx777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• kx777 will conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by kx777 may result in account suspension.
• All payment methods used to deposit into your kx777 account must be registered in your own name. kx777 does not accept deposits from payment accounts held in the name of a third party. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be reversed and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
• kx777 reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months. Players will be notified via their registered contact information prior to any account closure for inactivity. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be retained by kx777 in accordance with the dormancy policy in effect at the time.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

kx777 processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. The following terms apply to all financial transactions conducted through your kx777 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method and player account status. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction.

Prohibited Conduct

Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or the name or details of another person.

• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform in any manner that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable Bangladeshi or international law.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage or to obtain funds to which you are not entitled. Any funds obtained through exploitation of a technical error must be reported to kx777 immediately and are subject to reversal.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kx777 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media. kx777 maintains the right to close the account of any player who engages in abusive behaviour toward its staff or other users.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

kx777 is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of players who may be at risk of developing gambling-related problems. The following tools and protections are available to all registered players and can be activated from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits: players may set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: players may set a maximum session duration. Once the session limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out and cannot log back in until the cooling-off period specified at the time of setting the limit has elapsed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the kx777 Platform without prior written consent from kx777. Unauthorised use of kx777 content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence. The kx777 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of kx777 and may not be used without express written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kx777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption. kx777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection
